Description

The memebers of Blanketman are all in their early 20s and fit squarely within the current wave of UK bands Sports Team, Working Mens Club, Pottery and Yard Act redefining indie guitar music. Their debut single, Taking You With Me, released in March of this year, was supported by BBC Radio 1s Jack Saunders, BBC 6Musics Tom Robinson and Spotifys Hot New Bands and Fresh Finds playlists. They followed with Beach Body, a rambunctiously youthful slice of sarcasm about Brits vacationing abroad that is at once self-effacing, critical and vital.
